My team and I were prompted to enhance an experience.
We decided to focus on plant delivery. While the delivery challenges have been successfully designed by the industry, we realized there is a gap in the experience post-delivery. Most people struggle with the plant care aspect, therefore, we focused on developing a service that provides information and help to plant owners.
